Service Stats

  • Served 4,030 clients with 21,330 total services throughout our entire programming (emergency shelter, case management, advocacy, children’s learning center, CRC, education and prevention, financial assistance, clinical services, housing assistance, and more)
  • Answered 5,692 24/7 helpline calls, including 1,141 Lethality Assessment Protocol (LAP) Referral calls
  • Provided 596 clients with emergency shelter for 17,262 total bednights. This includes 338 adults and 258 children
  • Provided 887 clients with 3,735 hours of case management services
  • Provided 462 clients with 1,563 hours of clinical services
  • 5,455 hours of services were provided to child clients through our Children’s Learning Center
  • Hosted 377 education events reaching 7,468 community members
