- Served 3,812 clients with 19,140 total services throughout our entire programming (emergency shelter, case management, advocacy, children’s learning center, CRC, education and prevention, financial assistance, clinical services, housing assistance, and more)
- Answered 5,538 24/7 helpline calls including 1,227 Lethality Assessment Protocol (LAP) Referral calls
- Provided 520 clients with emergency shelter for 16,245 total bednights. This includes 287 adults and 233 children
- Provided 826 clients with 2,065 hours of case management services.
- Provided 429 clients with 1,298 hours of clinical services
- 3,301 hours of services were provided to child clients through our Children’s Learning Center.
- Hosted 276 education events reaching 6,851 community members.
