Please join us in your support of SVS at our annual community breakfast on Thursday, May 14, at West Jordan’s Viridian Event Center. You’ll meet and engage with like-minded people, where your contribution – be it ideas and/or donations will greatly assist SVS with its heartfelt efforts to uplift our community.
With the generous assistance of Utah’s philanthropic community, we can all take a stand against domestic violence. This impactful event will raise funds to support SVS efforts to provide shelter and supportive services to domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.

We are honored to have Tiffany Turley Bowcut as our keynote speaker. Tiffany is a passionate advocate for women, families, and education. Over the years, she has spent countless hours volunteering and serving with programs, charities, and organizations that specifically support and empower survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
Tiffany Turley Bowcut is the Dean of Students at Ensign College, where she oversees counseling and wellness services, the International Students Office, student leadership, campus housing, and student events and activities. Before joining Ensign College, Tiffany spent 12 years at Brigham Young University, most recently as an Associate Athletic Director. Earlier in her tenure, she served for six years as BYU’s Title IX Coordinator, overseeing cases involving sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and sexual harassment. Before her time at BYU, Tiffany worked for more than a decade with the State of Utah, including roles with the Department of Workforce Services, the state legislature, and the Governor’s Office.
She previously served as an ambassador for the Utah Women in Leadership Project and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for SVS. In 2018, Tiffany was recognized by Utah Valley Magazine as one of their “Fabulous 40” people of the year for her work in ending sexual violence in Utah. Tiffany is married to her best friend and the love of her life, Tom, and they have three children.
