Support Groups

In Person Support Group Offerings:

Finding Hope

Our Finding Hope Support Group is for the community to help overcome feelings of isolation and create a supportive environment where individuals can openly discuss the effects of domestic violence and sexual assault on themselves, their families, and the broader community. Meetings are held every Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Pathways Advocacy Center.

For additional information, please contact our support line at 435-843-1677.

Virtual Support Group Offerings:

We offer a range of fully virtual clinical groups designed to provide education, support, and a safe space for healing. Each group is led by trained professionals and created to foster connection, build skills, and empower participants in their
personal journeys.
Please note: A group intake appointment is required prior to participation to ensure the group is the best fit for your needs and to support a positive experience.

Support for Sexual Assualt

This group provides a confidential, trauma-informed space for survivors of sexual violence to share experiences, receive support, and move toward healing at their own pace. Compassion, respect, and empowerment are at the center of this experience.

Psycho-ed Skills

This 8-week structured group focuses on building practical coping strategies, strengthening emotional regulation, and increasing self- awareness. Participants gain tools that support personal growth, resilience, and everyday wellbeing in a guided, supportive environment.

Support for DV

Designed for individuals impacted by domestic violence, this group offers a safe and supportive setting to process experiences, reduce isolation, and develop strategies for safety, healing, and long-term stability.
