Shelter Services

A domestic violence shelter is a temporary home designed to provide safety and support for individuals and families. Every shelter operates differently. At South Valley Services, our shelter accommodates up to 57 people, offering sleeping areas and essential amenities. Families have designated spaces for rest and personal care, while shared areas—including the living room, laundry room, kitchen, and playground—help foster a sense of community. For the protection of everyone staying at the shelter, its location remains confidential.

Our shelter program offers:

  • Emergency housing
  • 24-hour hotline
  • Advocacy
  • Case management
