Colleen’s Sanctuary maintains a 24-hour help hotline, offering support to victims, their families, and the community. We provide emergency shelter for individuals and families escaping domestic or sexual violence. Our facility is staffed around the clock by dedicated professionals and offers a comforting, home-like environment. Comprehensive services and resources are available to help residents heal and work toward achieving independence.
Shelter services are confidential and free of charge.

24 Hours Help Line
Our skilled advocates are available around the clock to respond to calls, offering information, resources, safety planning, and support. They support survivors by connecting them with advocacy services. For individuals who do not speak English, phone interpretation services are available to ensure clear communication and meaningful support.
Emergency Shelter
Colleen’s Sanctuary offers safe, confidential, short-term housing for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Our shelter is for individuals and families experiencing abuse who are at high risk of danger from their abuser and who need to escape into a safe, confidential setting. The shelter offers trauma-informed, comprehensive advocacy and support focused on safety planning, stable housing, and acquiring the necessary resources so that individuals and families can live free of domestic violence. Our advocates and case managers provide confidential, in-house support groups, life skills education, and services that help survivors and their families identify needs, develop plans, and access essential resources.
